⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The most incredible jewelry experience I’ve ever had!
I was very hesitant to trust anyone with my wedding ring and bands after they were damaged—a diamond had fallen out, my engagement ring was completely bent, and one of my wedding bands was warped. I booked a consultation with this jeweler here in Okinawa, and from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. I was instantly impressed by their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. I felt confident and secure leaving my most sentimental pieces in their hands.
Their customer service is truly unmatched—the best I’ve ever experienced not only with a jeweler but with any small business. When I first visited, I had my 4-year-old daughter with me. Mrs. Momoko kindly asked if she had any food allergies, and when I said no, she surprised us by bringing out beautifully presented fine chocolates on a tray just for her. My daughter’s eyes lit up—it was such a special moment that made us feel so cared for!
When I returned to pick up my rings, I brought two of my children this time. The team was waiting outside to greet us and welcomed us in with the same warmth and kindness. The jeweler greeted my 2-year-old son with open arms, and while I tried on my rings (which looked absolutely flawless and brand new—I was stunned!), he noticed my son’s curiosity about the tools and workroom. He kindly invited him over to explore, and my son, who is obsessed with tools, was completely captivated. The jeweler was so patient, kind, and gentle, and took the time to share his craft in a way that made us feel like family.
I’m honestly blown away by their heart, service, and craftsmanship. My rings look like they just came out of the box, and the experience left a lasting impression on me and my kids. This is more than just a business—it’s run by genuinely sweet, generous, and talented people who go above and beyond in every way.
Highly, highly recommend—whether you’re looking to repair cherished pieces or shop for beautiful jewelry, this is the place to go in Okinawa!

Read moreI didn’t buy anything because the woman working at the counter was rude. I was browsing the store as my friend was getting her bracelet fixed and I found a necklace I liked. Chain was dainty at best and the letters were half the size of the tip of your pinky finger, customizable to your name, chain collar bone length, 18k gold. I looked at the price (165,000¥) and did the conversion which made it just shy of $1,200. That’s expensive, as I’ve shopped around all over the world (to include mainland) and have collected gold. So I told them politely that I was interested in the piece but was curious as to why it’s so expensive. The response I got was that gold was really expensive. I then asked how much is gold per gram right now, to which they couldn’t answer. So I followed up by asking if you don’t base your prices off of how much per gram you’re selling, how are you pricing your pieces? The guy then told me that it was priced based off of their work because it’s customizable. I wasn’t convinced but had a better understanding. The girl behind the counter then asked me, “You wouldn’t ask that question in Tiffany & Co., would you?” I’m sorry, but I didn’t know that I was shopping at Tiffany and Co. and if I was tell Tiffany to come to the front so we can have a chat cause why is this tiny piece so expensive. Moral of the story is, when you go to a store like Tiffany and Co. you pay for the brand and the fact that I’m just now finding out about your store says a lot. I asked nicely, to reason with myself to purchase this piece, but now you irked me. She then proceeded to bring out other pieces to which I politely declined because whatever business we had has disintegrated. Take your money where people will appreciate you or just go to their store and don’t ask questions, swipe blindly. You’re better off on mainland or...
Read moreI HIGHLY recommend this jeweler. 10/10
I was very nervous trusting someone with my wedding ring but it needed to be repaired and no one on the island was able to help me. They all use a traditional firing method so they wouldn’t touch my ring due to the diamonds and twists. Finally someone recommended them to me, I messaged them on instagram and they said they would be able to help me.
A very sweet couple owns hemavati and explained why they would be able to fix my ring and showed me all their equipment. She explained that her husband was trained and uses the same equipment they have in America so they are able to work on the more detailed rings. They made me feel so comfortable and confident that my ring would be fixed. Everything was explained in English so no worries if you don’t speak Japanese.
He had to take my ring to Tokyo to use a larger machine in order to get my ring platted and everything. He flys with the ring on his person so you don’t have to worry about it getting lost in the mail.
Got my ring back very quickly and you can’t even tell it was broken. I’m so happy with the results! I thought I was going to have to wait till I flew back to the states to be repaired but I’m so glad I found them.
They also take card which is great!
Thank you again for your help! ❤️
Update: they were able to do an inspection form for my insurance back in the states since I need one every 6 months. No where else was able to provide this service that I could find in Okinawa....
