Not much to say. This is one of the secondary entrances to the Maasai Mara. It is several meters west of the small bridge over the Talek river. ย ย ย Read moreIt was such a lovely safari trip! Started off at 4pm and though I did not get to see the Big 5 by 6pm, I was lucky to see herds of lions, zebras, giraffes, elands etc etc etc! Before i left, i got to witness the sweetest rainbow across the sky at the Park! Really made me happy to be so close to nature! This safari here is much better than the ones at South Africa where spotting of even one lion is tough ๐ so if youโre given a choice, this will worth more...
ย ย ย Read moreThe gate we entered the park at the sunrise and stayed there right before sunset. Lots of animals once you enter the park-that was a pleasant surprise for us. Also remember- if your guide advises to start early- do it. Animals prefer mornings, they tend to hide more when the heat rises.
