Now, Jamaa supermarket is a very very affordable shop! I am a regular and I have a few issues. A counter is dedicated to a few pcs only, you find someone with a whole trolly and no one says anything. Most importantly, I feel Jamaa has the resources to add more cashiers or generally make the place a but more orderly. Customers being bumper to bumper on a queue almost fighting is not a beautiful sight. Another very scincere concern is , the staff have no clue on what customer sevice is. Some are very rude! I love this jamaa location. It's so tastefully designed with their food market concept. Its next to the main Westlands bus stage. It has all manner of food items; baked stuff, fruits and vegetables and drinks too. If you need a bite as you head to work or maybe on a break it's the perfect place. The staff are very courteous and friendly like most jamaa staff.Accessible. Good customer service.
