Never ever buy ur property with this developer..they r using lousy material..after u stay few years all problem will appear..initial is window leaking when raining heavily...within fews years time ( less than 3 years) whole buiding wall paint faded and full of mold coz using lousy paint...balcony grill also rusted..looks like staying in haunted low class apartment..now worst part is plaster ceiling in toilet dropped off because they using rusted screw... hebat...

Stay away from this Scam developer Huayang. STAY AWAY!!Worst house developer in Malaysia. Their project in pasir gudang is big scam. Promise as gated and guarded house. At last throw the responsibility to community to handle. Till now no proper guard house and no shelter like in catalog. Worst and cheap behaviour by salesman also. You all can come to huayang project in pasir gudang kota masai to see...
