I'm extremely disappointed with my recent shopping experience at your store. The lack of counter staff and long queues were frustrating. When I used the self-checkout, I found it unhelpful and felt like I was being watched. As a loyal member, I was also disappointed that I didn't receive any points for my purchase.

I was really angry with the behaviour af the staff of tesco. Today i when to buy some food in tesco and when i want make my payment and my husband wait me out beside the counter and sunddely he was so angry. After i finish my payment and ask what happens to my huaband, my husband talk me that when i make payment he was waiting me there and suddenly one malay ladies was wearing the tesco uniform and come to pull the blue basket and say this can't bring down and my husband say i haven go down i also dint bering down and when you talk can dont touch or pull your hand!! Parking area is quite okay. But the toilet is smelly and quite dirty during weekend. It used to have small shopping cart to be mauevered by children, but i cant find any of that now. The bakery always sell fresh and delicious bread and cakes. However, there is one time where i saw a mice run from under one rack to the other. It gives me shivers.
