Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Staff showing bad face, when I wanted to make an order, I was throwing my smile to her but she just gave me unpleasant reaction. I asked what comes with set .. she just take a menu book , turns pages with angriness and just point it without say any SINGLE WORD! , mushroom soups comes with watery and salty.. totally bad taste and bad experience... Regret came here ... I have attached the person pic , management please take action, Improve with some good manners and good customer service people , I came in to have dinner after 9-9 pm shift , we need good food and good service. Not your staff being rude...

Had a very bad experience at Pizza Hut Mutiara Rini. The food was not fresh and didn’t taste good at all. The pizza crust was hard, toppings were dry, and the pasta was bland. Totally not worth the money.

The service was just as bad. The staff were not friendly or helpful, and we had to wait a long time just to place our order. I got 3 pizza's store near my house that is T. Aminah Nusa Bestari and Mutiara Rini. I tried all those store's pizza and my conclusion is Mutiara Rini are the best, delicious and fluffy. It's weird I know because they all Pizza Hut francaise and it should be no different, but unfortunately it is and it miles apart I can't even finish eating Personal pizza Nusa Bestari branch, taste really bad.
