Ocean View Resort, Teluk Kemang — Local services in Negeri Sembilan

We booked and received confirmation from Airbnb site, received WhatsApp from the host shortly after saying the unit has pipe burst issue and suggested another unit, she shared a few photos consisting the living hall sofa and cabinet. As this was last minute booking we agreed as the photos looked fine. No other information was shared. We arrived at location about 4 pm and we had kids, number of people has been clearly communicated with host. To our shock, the entire floor was not tenanted , But all the neighbouring units full of pigeon and bird droppings,looks like abandoned for many years and occupied by these birds. Looked eerie and smelly. Inside the house , smell, the toilets were very very old almost looks black stain all over the cover, water leakage near the room makes the floor wet all the time, one heater spoil. Contacted the host and all she could say was “I think you better check out and I will refund” at that hour and with kids and during peak time (CNY)we could...

I'm staying with my family at Homestay Anak Kito at this place. Many homestay I already go, but this homestay is so bad. My room is totally dirty, a lot of coackroaches. All facilities in the room is just like "Asal Boleh". The house also have a bad smell so itss totally not comfortable for me and my family. The facilities also is not in a good maintenance as well. My room aircond is liking. Lift sometime function, sometime not. The balcony also dirty. Have a lot of "tahi cicak". Pantai also far from our homestay. If bring the old folks, need to drive car. If walking can reach pantai around 5-7 minutes. The swimming pool only ok is this place.

Btw, This homestay have 7 floor. Only house at floor 1 is complete facilities and have a vibes as a HOUSE to stay. Supposedly all floor should be treat as a same. Hope owner can check this and improve.

The place was really dirty. Lots of pigeons drops, the environment for me is really scary. The room that we booked is not the same as in the picture. The room is very dirty, lots of spider webs, there's lizards everywhere. Looks like no one have been stayed there for a long time and it has not been cleaned. There's no wifi, the ac is not functioning at all. Even the toilet is dirty, plus the room is smelly too. It is not an ocean view at all. I don't know where is the swimming pool at but overall this place is dirty... Not a recommended place to stay especially to those that wanted to stay for a...
