MarryBrown — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

We went there yesterday 11 june 2023,around 12++ pm. There's a birthday celebration ongoing.

We ordered & in other Mb branches, we never got our food delivered unless it was needed to be waited. BUT yesterday was impressive. They asked us to sit right after ordering & got our food delivered!

After we finished our food, the customer that celebrates the birthday came and shared their cakes.

The staff was so kind to give us the plates & the cover so we could take it home with us.

But then suddenly we dropped our Milo that we couldn't finish because our hands are full & surprisingly the staff told us not to worry & they replaced it with another!

They clean it up straight away. We wanted to clean it up but they refused.

We were surprised how kind,polite, helpful, professional & awesome the staff are.. we were touched by their kind gesture.

To the Indian male staff & the malay lady that serves us, a million thanks to both of u. U two are great & marrybrown should appreciate u two.We definitely will be going...

Today is raya eve and all the seafood restaurant here ned to wait at least 1 hr, we r lucky to found marrybrown here. the environment are so cozy and most important: the 2 staff in shop are super duper friendly and heart warming!!! ( I snapshot their image out tru my video ). they give a standing fan for a mother with her baby, greet us with warm greeting and smiling face yet cater all our meal request. Their working attitude are sooooo hardworking and professional. this is what service industry needed. specially today is raya eve, the malay lady staff still work till so late. I wish the boss would reward them accordingly as they really deserved...

Food is alright, but want to comment on the staff, perhaps they can try to improve their customer service. Guy in front of me complained that they gave him the wrong order and they didn't even apologise and said they have too many orders going on. When it came to mine, the drink I wanted and paid for wasn't available and they just changed to some other drink instead of asking me what I want to change it to. Food took forever to cook, we waited 30mins for our breakfast, which defeats their title as a...
