Giant Kuantan — Local services in Pahang

I was at the customer service counter when a staff (from another department, presumably) came and audited the first-aid kit there. After checking that the items in the kit matched the list on the cover she added a new item and updated the list and then signed off on it. This is a plus for Giant.

However the prices of some goods on sale were not updated on time and we were charged the original price instead of the discounted price which is why we were at the customer service counter. So, sorry this cost them a star, otherwise pretty good experience.

For more that 20 years, Giant has been the most important supermarket in Kuantan.

The price is reasonable, many promotion, even ketuk-ketuk ramadhan is recorded here.

The surau and toilet is clean, a lot of parking available, and the staff also bery helpful.

If you are hungry, it also has Uncle Jack Fried Rice shop, pizza hut, KFC, and also a foodcourt that sell big variety of foods. Some say the sizzling noodle here is the best in Kuantan.

It also has a watch shop, jewelry shop, and so much more. Just come here and you will find that many things you needed...

Many parking lot to place your car along with the roof to protect your car from direct sunlight, like not all but at least have the 'tempat berteduhkan kereta'. The mall was big and many shop there. Inside the Giant, there are signboards showing the labels of the types of goods found in some of the aisles of the supermarket. This make it easier to find the products you want and save the time for some reasons. It was so big. And there's varieties of products there. But the new pasta sauce I want not there yet as I go last week. There's a chicken restaurant...
