Came for lunch with an open mind. Turns to be a humble Indian shop serving Sri Lanka and Indian fusion meals. The service was great, ambience was lovely and the food was delicious and soulful. They have a standardised menu unlike other Indian shop proves that less is more. The banana leaf was only RM9 with unlimited refill. Comes with 3 vege, coconut sambol, curry and papadam. Everything was perfectly balanced, best part, your fingers aren’t stained once washed. The Briyani was also good, rice itself was so flavourful. Their Panipuri was super good as well. 3 pieces for RM5, purely how it was suppose to be. No extra ingredients, just as plain as it can be. Their highlight was the ice Bru coffee. It was so good that we tapau our second cup. It was so kaw, good bunch of sweetness and was just that good. Overall experience was amazing and definitely recommended. Our food came up to RM190 for 7 pax which we felt was reasonable as we had several side dish and Briyani as well.

If you’re craving a true South Indian dining experience, Armos is the place to be! Their banana leaf set meal with Ayam Varuval is simply outstanding rich, spicy, and bursting with deep, aromatic flavours that linger beautifully. The chicken is perfectly cooked and pairs wonderfully with the fragrant rice and flavorful side dishes. To complete the experience, don’t miss their refreshing Sarbat drink, a perfect balance of sweetness and spice that cools you down instantly. And if you love street-style snacks, their Panipuri is as authentic as it gets crisp, tangy, and absolutely addictive! A must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates real flavour, warm hospitality, and the joy of eating off a banana leaf. For muslim, this restaurant is friendly muslim, all the ingredients are from a halal suppose and their main chef is a Pakistani muslim.

One of the best banana leaf I’ve had in Malaysia. If you’re fan of BLR in PJ, then Armos is a match! Food wise, no complaints! The taste of each food balance & compliments each other. The recommended varuval is really good! I like the kelapa & the fresh vege (acar timun). The vege is fresh! Curry taste so good! Not a big fan of dhal but theirs is good. AND YOU MUST MUST TRY THEIR PANI PURI!!! And chai masala, sooo good! Overall, I’m a happy foodie! Staffs are so friendly, attentive & efficient. Went to every table to check if all’s good. Wish they have a better toilet & a better hand soap (too watery). Will definitely repeat!!!!

The chicken used for chicken tikka masala was spoiled and yet cooked and served
when told the staff about the dish, they acknowledged and removed it from the table. The staff told the customer won’t be charged!! It’s not the matter of being charged but in the first place how could you cook a spoiled chicken!! The chicken smell was disgusting!!!

As a restaurant owner pls know your facts of the difference of chicken tikka and tandoori! They are not the same!!!

Was ashamed that the dinner at armos was a disappointment because I recommended this place to a friend and went there together for dinner!!!

For GOD sake barricade the entrance to the restaurant to NOT allow vehicles to be driven into the restaurant area. Patrons are seated there and any kind of unwanted accident could take place.

For the workers, please wear a decent apron when cooking and...
