Biggest scam ever. Don’t you dare buy or rent properties by Huayang. They will give you big amount of debts and unreasonable hidden charges with poor services. A resident once lost 4 tyres of Mercedes at residents parking lot. The company isn’t responsible for the issue. Then, lose a car in payed parking lot. Still they didn’t response about that. Ridiculous rules set by management officers to chase out residents utilizing their specialities but force them to pay high bills. Crazy. They eat your money just like that. Worst. One month rent with rm120 for a parking lot. Taking their clients money, make their residents pay high rent and maintenance bill even though the residents is not utilizing it, bad services provided. Clamping everyone’s vehicles in front of shop lots to gain rm50 from there. Put the chain is better than clamping people’s car and force them to pay even on weekend. I will report this issue immediately to government. This is not right to take people’s money with this way. Serious action should be taken on the developer.

signing snp agreement on September 2019, coming to 1 year no news on when can the stamping be done, call every months to follow up but no exact answer was given, even their sales manager also give excuse "Don't know yet' "Not sure" "cannot promise" "be patient" "still waiting' " soon" that's the answer you will get when call to their superior, just liked a Bot answering...

Never buy property at Hua Yang. The quality of tiles and furnishing low quality and looks like ppr flat. I bought a unit and never do any renovation but after 5 years started to have many leakings like inner wall pipes so have no choice have to spend lots of money to rectify. Worst no one knows the pope layout even the management. Management told me Hua Yang did not...
