It's an acceptable place for those who planned to stay overnight in Batu Caves area. The location is quite convenient - near to shophouses, KTM Batu Caves station and Sri Gombak town.
If price is your concern, then this hotel is nice for you. You can get a single bed room for MYR 38 per night.
However, the room I get was relatively very small, 1 light was not functioning, as well as the TV set. The heater in the bathroom and the AC were funtioning, but the AC's very dusty (last serviced was in 2017, based on the sticker near the unit). The wall is the room needs some repainting, the wall separating the bathroom was quite mouldy.
It was also quite a trouble for Muslim guests to find the qibla/kiblat as there are no indicator in the room.

We were in KL for one day and decided to go visit the Batu Caves and the Central Market.|Currently the Batu Caves are under renovation. We did not have to pay an entrance fee and there was still plenty to see that made the trip worth it, including blessings from a Hindu priest. We bought incense and watched the monkeys “frolic” and harass other tourists. Be forewarned the monkeys are all over the steps and will grab anything you are carrying especially bottles of water and pop. Yes they do drink from the bottle and discard what they don’t want. I was carrying a straw purse and one tried to grab it from me. Somewhat harmless it can get daunting once they are overstimulated by the attention...

The main problem with this hotel is the neighborhood. It's empty. Not a lot of restaurants around or super markets. The area is full of stray dogs and all kinds of bugs. When we arrived they gave us a hotel room without a window while the one we booked on booking.com had a window in it. We gave them an ultimatum, whether they change our standard room for a deluxe queen room or else we need a refund for the reservation we made. They agreed to move us to another room with a window at no extra charge. The Wifi is fast, the air conditioner is fine but the water pressure is very weak. Overall, it's a 2/5 experience.
