OLDTOWN White Coffee @ KIP Park Selayang — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Since it’s has been a long time since we came here, on 20.12.2024 at 9pm, we decided to eat here. We chose table inside, but since our kid were crying non-stop, we asked the manager Ms Ida if we could switch to an outside table because we didn’t want to disturb the area inside. However, the manager said the section was closed with unfriendly attitude. We accepted that. So, we took turns watching the kid outside. But then we noticed a guy sitting and drinking in the outside section, and the manager passed by him several times without saying anything to inform him that the section was closed. I recently visited Old Town White Coffee and had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Arsaid. His service was exceptional from start to finish. He was not only attentive but also extremely courteous, making sure that everything was just right for us. He had a friendly attitude and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience. The way he handled our requests with efficiency and a warm smile truly stood out. Service was slow . I have to wait 40 minutes to get my order eventhough there were not many customers, less than 10 people. I ordered egg noodle with roasted chicken which was my favorite. But what I received was egg noodle with what look like tiny portion of chicken taken out from chicken soup. I asked one of the staffs , she told me they ran out of stock for the roasted chicken, Without even apologizing. This is a bad service , you simply disregard your clients.
