Disgusting - Never Again ! I don't usually make a bad review, but in this case it's unacceptable. I bought a smartphone which before a month it had a defect in the screen. They kept it for 3 weeks in order to fix it. After a week and a half they gave it to me supposing repaired, the screen appeared to have similar damages it had initially. One week after I had taken it due to the repetitive fault I was informed that the phone had been broken by myself and that I dropped it and in order to repair I must pay.

We purchased a blu-ray player only to find it was faulty after getting it home.
The shop refused to refund. They offered to get a replacement.
He guaranteed to get us another machine by 11am the next day.
We arrived at 11am, but had to wait for 1 hour due to new stock not having arrived.
When it did, he first tried to give us a DVD player, instead of a blu-ray. After pointing out the error he gave us a another machine.
After getting it home, it worked OK, but after checking the model number, it was a cheaper lower class machine.
Obviously to us he was trying to rip us off. My advise to anyone is to avoid this shop.
