A huge spacious one-floor shopping mall, Pama is definitely Malta's top food store. Go inside Pama's bakery where various types of bread and pastries are oven-cooked in front of your eyes. Fresh, crunchy or chewy, make your choice from the wide range available. Here you will find as well ready-made meals, often heavily discounted just before closing time at 20:00. The end section is reserved for soft drinks, wine, beer and alcoholic drinks. Pama shopping centre is open all week round, offering the greatest variety of items that a supermarket can offer. Possibly the largest supermarket on the island. It has a very vast wine section compared to other supernarkets and also has areas not normally found in other supernarkets such as diy items, cosemetics, fish stall, butcher, delicacies and fruit section. The supernarket is equipped with lots of cash points. The loyalty scheme and the helpdesk are something over and above what one would find in other supermarkets, also lots of shopping assitants make sure you always find what you need.

Of special interest are the large parking facilities, and shopping arcades that one finds in the supermarket these include excellent eateries such as zen sushi and cafe cuba to renowned local appliances store crosscraft. Parking control this morning was fantastic. The guards commissioned with this task were waving people through to the underground parking with the greatest efficiency, not letting anything get in their way, even when I only wanted to get to the car wash and cash machine.

Those fantastic waving arms on the largest of the stallions motioned for traffic to come from the right whilst halting the beats on the left, then, quick as a flash pushed back the oncoming hoard from the right before releasing the backed up auto-train to his left onto the main road.
