Walmart — Local services in Baja California

Wal-Mart you let them start to charge for parking? It's a scam at every strip mall and shopping center. They say it's for your protection but cars are still stolen with these tolls. Anybody can walk up, push the button and grab a ticket. It's now just a money maker. They do nothing but cause inconvenience to the customer. Grab a ticket, need change to pay the ticket, otherwise back into the store for change. Don't forget the ticket or lose the ticket or you're imprisoned in that lot until you you walk up to the machine, push the button, grab another ticket, then go pay the ticket just to get out. Takes all the fun and relaxation of shopping at Walmart. I'll just go to Oxxo for my convenience stuff, they don't charge parking. I suggest you...

My wife and I stopped here on November 21, 2021, to grab just a few things. The first indication that we made a mistake was, the parking lot was full. There was no parking. The store was extremely full of people. You couldn't even move the cart through the aisles to shop. The lines to pay were very long and wrapping around. It is terrible that this corporations earn so much money, pay their employees very little, especially in Mexico and then treat their customers like this. It is not ok to make customers wait over 30...

There's an awesome Walmart which I normally shop at in Playas Tijuana... I just wanted to see if their Pacifico location was any better or had any different selections? My observations are that these 2 TJ Walmarts are more similar, than not. Both being decent locations for finding a fairly decent and wide selection of products and groceries... but no real reason to select one location over the other (besides, shop at the one...
