KFC — Restaurant in Baja California

Customer serviced felt that it was forced to us. I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal and asked for 3 plates. When I got the meal I got 3 plates, 2 spoons, a few napkins and a small container of mac & cheese that was $45.00 pesos (I will sound cheap but it was to little for the price of the additional side). I sat down with my daughters who I served them and didn't have enough napkins, I went back to ask a female for additional napkins and a spoon. Pésimo servicio. Me formé 9:55 en servicio para llevar , me pidieron que me quitara para que se apagara la alarma porque abrían a las 10 .., les dije que no podía porque tenía carros atrás de mi y ahí me quede.., para las 10 que abrieron me dijeron que iba pedir les dije que 3 cubetas de 35 nuggets con papas y pase a la siguiente ventanilla , ahí me dijeron que no tenían ese paquete porque no le aparecía en sistema y solo me podían vender la de 25 , y después me dijo que si podía venderme la de 35 pero sin papas que porque en sistema no le aparecía. Que pasará a caja a pedirlas porque allá si aparecía en el sistema.., obvio lo hizo con toda la intención de no venderme el producto y que fuera la última porque había muchísima fila. Le pregunté por su supervisor o gerente y no supo decirme nada. No recomiendo para nadaaa la atención al cliente en ese lugar . La muchacha que se dirigió conmigo se llama Jennifer .
