I just moved near Plaza Pacifo from San Diego and had a bad experience. Mi novia and I ordered a cajeta cheesecake and it was only half the size it normally is (my gf used to come a lot). Came to this restaurant for some cake. They would not let me amd my husband both in to look at the cakes. They showed us a barcode on the window to scan for menu. We stood outside for 10 minutes deciding. Everything looked so good so we wanted to try a few different slices. When he went in to order they didn't have anything that we had picked out to order. Instead she shows him a hand written list of what they actually had with only 5 flavors on it. And none of which even sounded or looked good. But since we were here we ordered anyways. First of all, the food if you eat in, is excellent, take out, not so much, the last 2 orders they forgot to fill everything on the order I did using the Uber app, which I went to pick up, so it was not delivered by an Uber driver. Then instead of fixing my order, they told me it was up to me, to call Uber and get my money back for those items they missed, not cool for customer service points.
