Pésimo servicio a domicilio. Al menos no tan malo como el Chedraui de Paseos, donde te llevan tu orden 2 días después y con faltantes. Aquí te la envían a tiempo, con faltantes. No importa que les pidas que te marquen si hay faltantes usando el checkbox en su web, ni que les esccribas en las notas que por favor te marquen si hay faltantes... si no hay jamón de la marca que pediste, no te envían nada. Si no hay crema de la marca que pediste, no te envían nada. Si pides 3 productos del mismo, pero diferentes sabores, y solo hay 1 sabor, solo te mandan un sabor en lugar de preguntarte si te gustarían los 3 del mismo sabor. Y ahora que están pidiendo cubrebocas obligatorio para entrar, el cual ni los empleados del estacionamiento ni los mismos guardias usan bien, ni respetan distancias... tengo que pedir a domicilio. Y nada más no aprenden. Superama y Walmart se los siguen llevando de calle en el servicio a domicilio, no hay comparación. Según uno compra aquí por ser una empresa mexicana pero si no hacen las cosas bien, ni qué hacerle. A seguir pidiendo superama a domicilio que hasta ahora no me han fallado en las entregas y siempre que hay faltantes marcan. A veces incluso marcan para confirmarte que tu pedido estuvo ok sin ningún faltante...
