Mercado El Roble — Local services in Ensenada

🔍🤷🏻‍♀️ No ORDER Shopping here, for me feels like discovering a new grocery store everyday and its incredibly annoying. Every single time we have to look for products all over the store, because they cannot maintain an order in their arrangement.

🤦🏻‍♀️After one week items are nowhere to be found, no longer there...

🏁 Shopping is uncomfortable due to staff constantly being in your way restocking, can never reach for a product without being in someones way (Other clients or 1/20 employees)

🥒 🍅 💳 Fresh products are bought dirt cheap, repackaged in unsustainable foam/plastic wrap , or plastic containers, sold at thrice the value

💰🔦 Most products are bought from Costco and resold at an incongruent price in regards to the value of the item

🚙 Parking is Exaggerated vs. Aisles are uncomfortably small (hence...BAD DESIGN)

🇲🇽🙈 Lleno de señoras mitoteras con carritos que bloquean el acceso a los pasillos (incómodamente estrechos) incapaces de sacar sus pláticas al aire libre, mientras impertinentemente hacen todo su "catching-up" entre cuatro pasillos bloqueando la mitad del mercado con sus chismes p3nd3j0s.

🗺 🥫❓TO MANAGEMENT: Please re-value the experience of comfortable shopping: There is a concept known as way-finding; instilling the idea of accessing your way inside an environment. KNOWING WHERE THINGS ARE IN YOUR LOCAL GROCERY IS ESSENTIAL TO THE EXPERIENCE. Every grocery store is true to the concept of way-finding. For years, anywhere you shop, aisles are the same, stock is updated, and you know where to find things. SAVING YOU TIME and the TROUBLE TO ASK AROUND.

I started noticing this due to the fact that my aunt is handicapped, she cannot always physically go in the grocery so she had asked me to re-stock some of her favourite items from the store.

Also why is the tuna salad now $80 pesos? 🐟 🥗 Inflation?

Meh! Fruits and vegetables here are NOT organic except bananas. Don't be fooled by the words "fresh" and "premium" or any other gimmicky words and higher prices, they are NOT organic. Couldn't find anything else I wanted/needed. Very limited selections and they just sell mostly typical items you can find anywhere, such as Costco or gourmet section at Walmart for example.
