Bus Station of Celaya — Local services in Guanajuato

I give them just 1 star for how rude the security people are. I guess they are told to act just like the manager acts also, (VERY RUDE). They have no consideration for the people who are paying their wages. I have been to bigger cities, and they don't have this rudeness. This station is the worst of all the cities I have traveled to and from. The bigger cities have more security personnel, but they treat you with respect, and not like they do in Celaya Bus Terminal. Smaller cities, even the manager has come out to help people load their luggage onto the buses. This I have seen in rare occasions, but it has happened. Would this happen in Celaya (NEVER). Other personnel like ticket agents, cleaning crew, bus drivers, I give them 5 stars, they seem to know who deserves respect....

Bustling bus station by day, ghost town late night. Took Primera Plus from Celaya to Mexico via a stop in Queretaro- very long trip. Primera Plus has a private lounge there with nicer bathrooms than the main lobby. All bathrooms are turnstile type where you have to insert 5 pesos. During the day, taxis are lined up waiting. During the night, homeless people sleep out by cars. It’s not easy to get a taxi in the early hours of the morning in Celaya because of the crime/ violence...

Over zealous security,and i really mean it, can't sit there, can't sit here, won't even tell you why,three or four lovely, friendly dogs in the terminal which they like to kick,i have a serious...
