The manager is a great guy. I asked him if my pellet smoker was the standard retail price. $2100.00 He said yes and that was the truth. The motor went out and Mexico could not get the part for three months. After fighting with them, I was visiting usa and ordered the motor in one day and brought it back with me. I then had them refund my credit card. After using weber products and services my whole life i was flabbergasted. I since found out during webers debacle that I could have bought the same grill is usa for $800.00 dollars and shipped it down for a hundred. My fault for not checking the usa price.
