Had a fantastic time at this cenote. The staff were very helpful and professional. They have 11 cats that roam the property and greet clients as they arrive. We took the tour to both cenotes with ATV ride and had a blast. The guide Juan spoke English and took good care of my daughter and me. They didn't allow us to take our phones on the tour since they don't want people to drop them in the cenote or on the bumpy ride on the ATVs but they do have a photographer along to take photos of your adventure. They charge $10 USD per photo or a package deal of all the pictures they take for only $45 USD on a CD. We really liked the photos and frankly thought it wasn't a bad deal since admission to the park is very reasonable compared to the fancier parks and the basics like life jackets and lockers are included with the price of admittance. They have some construction going on for improvements to the property so I look forward to new amenities the next time we come. We didn't arrive with enough time to go on the horseback ride but the horses looked in excellent health. So glad we didn't drive far away to the other fancier adventure attractions. Can't...
Read moreThis place was amazing out tour was with Jonathan "the crazy guy" he added so much to the experience and was the best tour guide we can ask for. After being turned away from the cenotes run by Xcaret for not having a reservation we found a way to Cenote Kin-Ha this place has so much to offer from horseback riding, zip lining, ATV mountain, bike rentals, and two different cenotes. not to mention the food there is amazing stay away from any tourist spot you want to go to the the spots run by the people from the pueblos. Not only is this place better and cheaper, you will be supporting the locals, and help maintain Mexico the way it is and should be. And don't let me get started on the food, the food there, it was amazing! The Cooks there really know what they are doing it's the best food I had on my 8-day trip! If I can give this place 7 out of 5...
Read moreMy husband and I enjoyed the underground cenote at Kin-ha! Upon arriving, they offered us a package deal to see 2 cenotes, but we opted for just the underground one. We loved getting to set our own pace and just enjoy the beauty of the cenote. We were the only ones there for about 20 minutes which was magical! The photo policy here is very confusing and changes depending on who you ask. We ended up going back to get our phone and take lots of photos and no one seemed to have a problem with it. We didn’t eat or do any other adventures here. I can only speak for our experience and we had a lovely time! We found our guide to be friendly and helpful. The cenote...
