Los guardias son de lo peor y la administración ni se diga , no tienen en absoluto modales , son prepotentes , groseros y despectivos, te tratan como un Maleante , pésimas experiencias cada vez que voy a hacer alguna gestion o visitar un predio ,nada más les dan tantito poder a gente sin educación y se sienten dueños del lugar. Adjunto foto de uno de los guardias nefastos e intransigentes.

Es un vecindario muy lindo, rodeado de naturaleza, áreas verdes y casas muy lindas, el lugar el privado, y se siente muy tranquilo y seguro, se puede caminar con mucha confianza.

There is not another project around Tulum where you can buy residencial lots or a small completed home with good titles for these kind of prices. If you are looking for something between 30,000 and under 100,000usd this is the best option. Riviera tulum staff are very knowledgeable and speak perfect english to answer all...

Safe, gated and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a long term stay. Better prices than other neighborhoods and lots of parking. Tennis courts, football field, dog park, yoga shala. Power doesn't go out as much as the rest of Tulum. Definitely stay here instead of the other...
