Churros Peñasco — Local services in Sonora

Went here on a personal recommendation. It is a fun street Churros place! But it has way more than just Churros. They have tamales, fresh, hot, delicious! Mexican corn, on the cob, or in a cup, delicious! Numerous other Mexican street foods. And of course the Churros! Hot, fresh, delicious...my wife, daughter and grandchildren all said they were better than Costco's and even Disneyland's. Prices are great. Service was great as it is a family business. Spoke English, and happy to help non-spanish speakers like me and my family. A true street stand, only about 8 plastic chairs to sit on the sidewalk. A great experience...

It was our last day in Mexico, so we made a last effort to drive out and get get churros and elotes. The churros were fresh but way too sweet. The cup elote was composed of can corn and very salty cheese. I am also positive all the reviews on here were bought by the owner. We have had a lot of churros and elotes in other places and this was the worst in my book. If you are planning on make 25 minutes drive from your condo to here, it is not worth it at all. Best churos in town, hands down! 😋 For over 40 years this family has been cranking out some amazing churos!
