We have normally had very good service with ADO. However, leaving Chichen Itza was a mess. The bus left 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time (we saw it driving out of the car park as we got back to the bus station). When an ADO bus arrived at the scheduled time, we were told it was not our bus. The agent lied and said our bus had left at 11:05, which was obviously not true as we were sat in the shade opposite the ADO parking spot since 10:55. When we showed him photo evidence that this was not true, he walked away to avoid talking to us. The next bus was in two hours so we got into a collectivo instead. Really...

Lo que no me encantó es que si te quedaste a ver el espectáculo de luz y sonido "Noches de Kukulkan", no hay transporte de regreso, a menos que sea privado; sabiendo existe dicho show, sería buena idea que ADO o alguna otra agencia de transporte ofreciera ese servicio sin tener que buscar uno particular que evidentemente...
