I am shocked and disgusted by the sheer laziness, incompetence, and disgraceful behaviour shown by this embassy. After several visits and weeks of trying to contact you about a very simple notarisation, I’ve received nothing in return—no reply, no confirmation, not even a basic response.

This kind of blatant neglect is not just unprofessional—it’s a total failure to do your job. You are supposed to serve the public, but instead, you show a complete lack of care, effort, or respect. It’s shameful.

You’ve made it clear that helping people is not your priority. This embassy is failing badly—and worse, doesn’t seem to care at all.
