Be aware of the staff that assists you at the tills! It's a great place to find most of the stuff you might need, but I had a really bad experience with the staff. One of their staff members started helping us pack, even when we told him not to. Then he began pushing our trolley to the car. At first, I felt something was wrong, but he was wearing the store's uniform and insisted it was his job to assist customers with their trolleys and then return them. When I emptied the trolley, he asked me for money. I gave him 20 MAD, but he said it wasn't enough, expecting at least 100 MAD. I reminded him of what he said at the store, but he started shouting at me in front of everyone on the street, as if I had done something wrong. I was with my family, and my elderly mum got very scared. It was extremely embarrassing. I don't understand why the store manager allows this behavior. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't want to go back...

I also can return thier products if I don't like them although i've never have. The onley problem for me is the cashiers, most of them are nice and patient and some (well...) not so nice! I mean I understand that they have to work for long hours but they need to try and be patient! I mean it's thier job to do so! Read moreThe people are very nice and it's a very large store, so you should find most of what you need, even American brands. However, some of the produce is not in the best shape. You will cut a piece of fruit and find a large rotten piece and the cauliflower, in particular, has numerous brown spots. And take the closing hours with a grain of salt.
