Chickandy — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Food was ok meat wasn't fresh. Went there twice. However 2nd time round we were charged twice due to their machine not issuing a receipt we were told card declined so we paid cash. Literally 30 seconds later I received bank notification for payment going through so we spoke to manager Amir who said payment showing pending on my app and to come back once cleared no problem he will refund. We went back a day later Amir went upstairs to his office asking us to wait 2 mins he returned 20 mins later saying he's spoke to his accounts department and thar they haven't received payment and asked me to show him my statement despite me showing the app payment confirmed and that here in the UK personal bank accounts statements generate monthly. He asked us to come back again even though we told him we're flying home in a day he took our number but we didn't hear from him. So I've done a charge back refund was issued in under 24 hours by my bank which I did advise Amir but he thought it was funny. I did warn him I'll do a charge back. I guess I've had the last laugh. It wasn't about the refund anymore just principles. We were there for a whole hour Amir being back and forth from his office. People just be careful and always use a credit card abroad so much easier and also keep your receipts. Overall holiday was amazing lots of security police and army in places couldn't feel safer. I am a loyal customer of Chickandy Marrakech. Today, I ordered Fajitas for delivery, and to my dismay, I found a cockroach inside while eating. This was extremely disturbing, and it caused me to feel nauseous immediately. Despite having patronized your establishment for almost 10 months without incident, I found this to be an unacceptable lapse in hygiene. I discreetly lodged a complaint on site, hoping to address the issue directly and ensure it is taken seriously. While the first staff member I spoke to was understanding, the second one displayed unprofessional behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns, he hastily offered a refund, seemingly more concerned about avoiding negative attention from other customers than addressing the problem at hand. Additionally, I must express my disappointment with the way the situation was handled. Instead of engaging in a constructive dialogue, the staff member in question seemed eager to usher me out of the restaurant discreetly, offering the refund in a clandestine manner. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address my concerns only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more proactive approach to resolving such issues. I'm not going to their establishment...

One of the best places I’ve been to. Trust me when I tell you there are options plus the services wonderful. The view over there is incredible. Wanting to take your family, spouse, discuss an important meeting with your friends or just to have a little snack Chickcandy is definitely the place to go and Neat I tell you, toilets.

Had an opportunity to visit and catch with few of my friends trust me we had an amazing time especially with the ice cream. Plus hitting two birds with one stone adjacent you are met with one of the greatest malls in Morocco Marjane. It place is full with experiences.
