Mes Rendez-vous — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I stopped by Mes Rendez-vous for a coffee while waiting for my car to be serviced at a nearby service station. The cage was rather empty when I close a seat inside but ut filled up more whole I say on my table. I liked that the table was big enough for me to bring out my laptop and work while having my Cappuccino Italian. The server was all smiles and friendly and the Cappuccino, albeit more of a Chococcino with too much chocolate in the coffee for my taste, overall good. It was just too bad that the locale was very cold and the servers stood by the open door instead of closing it to avoid a cold draft...

Disappointing Experience at Mes Rendez-Vous

My wife and I went to Mes Rendez-Vous in Marrakech for iftar, expecting a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, she was treated poorly just because she’s European. While I was served normally, the staff was dismissive and unwelcoming towards her.

It took an unreasonably long time just to get someone to take my order—I had to actively chase down a server to be acknowledged.
