If I could rate it a ZERO I would. Horrific lounge. Waste of money. I went on Monday around 2pm and entered through the 2nd floor. There was a guy working at reception who claimed his name was “Yasssine” (after I had to ask as he didn’t have a name tag). Since there were no tv screens on 2nd floor & no seating on lower level I had to ask him about the delay of my flight. While it took 1 min it was too much of a burden for him. Lazy customer service. Food options were limited and we had to wait for forks. There was no fan or AC on the 2nd floor!! People laying on seats with their legs in the air. Again “Yassine” the front desk receptionist did nothing even after I mentioned it to him. With a full lounge no AC or fan is unacceptable! The only good thing: the caretaking ladies were humble and helpful. The lady on the ground floor entrance at front desk was helpful. Again - I would rather sit outside on the floor and eat in peace than visit this awful useless “lounge”. Ps: chaotic nonsensical boarding experience. No announcements, no proper line for first class passengers, shuttle bus late. Lady at boarding by gate was useless, and guy in the middle checking boarding passes also absolutely useless. Absolute chaos. All could’ve been avoided had the staff demonstrated even...

Food: This will be the best of the rankings, and I rate it as average. It does not highlight Moroccan food, and most of the food was barely warm.
Staff: Terrible. On my last visit, the staff ran around during the lunch rush getting themselves food for their break. I am glad they got to eat, but what bothered me is the staff rushed around us guests in the buffet area knocking me out of the way at one point, rushing to get get items out of the hot food containers.
Alcohol: Their seemed to be just beer and gin. I asked for vodka soda, and the bartender pointed out that in terms of liquor, the bar had gin and tonic - and that's what I was served. The bar tender seemed perturbed after my 2nd during a 5 hour layover. On the way back, I only bothered to get one noting it was the same bartender.
As a Oneworld enthusiast, I chose to fly through RAM to experience this airline and visit another member carrier. Having experienced almost all the airlines in the Alliance, I can say that this is the first time that I had such a disappointing experience.
My review centers around the lounge itself. The flight, crew, and dining aboard RAM itself was a top experience that I would...

Unfortunately, my experience at the Business Lounge in Mohammed V Airport was quite disappointing and far below the standards expected from an international airport’s premium lounge. • Seating: Very uncomfortable. The chairs were outdated and worn out — not suitable for a proper business lounge environment. • Cleanliness & Ambience: The space was not clean, lighting was poor, and the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of elegance or comfort. • Food: Extremely limited selection, mostly cold and unappetizing. The variety was poor and the quality well below average. • Comfort & Facilities: The lounge felt more like an old waiting room than a business-class space. There was no relaxing atmosphere.
🔹 The only positive point: Some of the staff were polite and helpful, which I truly appreciated despite the poor environment.
I sincerely hope the airport management will reconsider the quality and presentation of this lounge, as it unfortunately reflects a negative image to...
