So I had experience yesterday that I never had in my life in any starbucks across the world I'm frequently traveling so I always make stop in starbucks casablanca airport for coffee frapp usually their's this nice guy who always make me frapp coffee nice and welcoming yesterday I find new girl I ask her for frapp coffee grand and I had to repeat my order 3 times cause she was chatting with her friends.. but it's OK even in customer service no one is perfect but than she hand me the coffee it was like milke no test of coffee I went back to her and I said can you pls fix this bit the their is no coffee test in this she said to me than you should have order espresso frapp not coffee frapp I explained that it's not my first time this is my usual order and pls if you can fix I was thinking maybe she got distracted because she was talking with her friends ... but then she took the coffee of my hand and started adding something on the same cup didn't change it the same cup literally the same.. and I know as policy in starbucks when their's issues with our drink she should change it but no the same cup she add something and put it on the counter still I took it once I try it I went directly spitting the coffee in the garbage it was raw strong espresso add on top of the frapp you guys can imagine I throw it away I told her I throw it away can you just pls give frapp coffee yes at this point I still wanted coffee frapp and I was running out of time and all other places where with long line that's why I couldn't change the place so here she keep it screaming how you want me to make it for the coffee frapp this is the what I need to put or maybe you want me to call the guy inside to do your coffee or my be should add more of this you want six bump of coffee or 3 you have to tell me how you want me to make it at this point I start to loosing in I said just make me coffee frapp I'm out of time I have flight to catch and I don't wanna argue I don't know how you guys make coffee and yes she make finally one maybe this time because no friends where their and it was nice but she literally was super rude about it that I got speechless I offered to pay for the drink but she said no without looking back to me ..... To begin with, the serving of coffee on a plain white cup without the iconic Starbucks logo was quite surprising. One of the reasons I enjoy visiting Starbucks is the sense of familiarity and consistency that their brand offers. However, at this location, it seemed like they neglected their brand identity, which significantly affected the overall experience.
Moreover, the quality of the coffee I received was extremely disappointing. I believe that when you pay a premium price for a cup of coffee, you should expect a certain level of excellence. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was far from it. The taste was bland and lacked the rich flavor that I have come to associate with Starbucks. It felt as though they had overlooked the importance of maintaining the high standards that Starbucks is known for worldwide.
I understand that airport locations can be challenging due to the rush and high volume of customers. However, it's essential for Starbucks to ensure that their brand values and quality are upheld consistently across all branches, including airport outlets.
I sincerely hope that Starbucks management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the customer experience at the Mohamed V Airport branch. As a loyal customer, I believe that Starbucks should strive to maintain their reputation for exceptional coffee and uphold their brand standards wherever they operate.

I was the first time in my 40+ years traveling around SE Asia, Europe, Middle East, USA and Canada. But Starbucks made my day I got heated yummy croissant and 3 huge chocolate cookies here.
