Starbucks — Restaurant in Nouaceur

What a scam! They charged me EUR 5.90 for a cappuccino and, when I asked for the ticket, it read “dragonsomething”. I told them that wasn’t a cappuccino, to which they replied: “it’s the same”.

I wasn’t satisfied with the answer and, some minutes later, I checked the prices on the board. It turned out the largest cappuccino was only EUR 4. I once again raised the issue and the waiter, realising I had caught him red-handed, “offered” me two bottles of water after asking my nationality.

Worst Starbucks experience here. Note that they do not accept cards. When paying in MAD local currency, they convert at 14 instead of 11 for euros. So make sure you have euros in cash before visiting. A wiser choice would be to grab your food and coffee from next door, Venezia Ice. Slow service and dirty table area, not surprised since only two people working at the time of my visit. Both servers spoke fluent English.
