Horrible customer service who doesnt have basic manners how to treat customers, and blames the customers to cover up their fault.
Every time I book from their website they either don't send the product at all or send a wrong item, this time it was the latter. They initially tried convincing me to keep wrong product and when I refused sent a PostNL return label with no label validity period!
After 2 weeks, when I go to the PostNL to print label, they say it costs around 4 Euros to print a page which these shop declined asking me to find cheaper printing store. After that I wasn't available and when I came back after 6 weeks, I find out the PostNL label was just valid for 5 days!
When I communicated it to their team, they say they sent the return label and cant send any new ones and I should bear the expenses of return!!!
Every major website like Amazon, bol gives a return window so we know until when return is allowed at a logistics service and this jokers says they are not like major companies to inform return validity to their customers. Seriously what a joke!!!
Then that customer service blames me saying I cant return product after 2-6 months, and its "expected" that it's returned in 2 days. Whether I returned in 2 months or 6 days, the fact is label was just valid for 5 days.
Their customer service even rudely says I can approach any consumer rights as I want. Good luck scammers trying to cover up your faults A BIG...

They also have some religious stuff (incense sticks, puja stuff) and all for your religious needs. A few downsides are the prices; the products appear imported from India (due to MRPs printed in INR) but are sold at unreasonable prices. You cannot help it because Europe doesn't have a MRP policy! But, it's a bliss to find such stuff (such as, Aashirvad Atta) in a place where you wouldn't even imagine (where bread means bread and not chapati). Also, please note that they mostly accept cash, with only Maestro cards so even if you've an Indian Maestro card, it may not work, so...
Read moreI am disappointed with seller behaviour from little India . Very bad experience and no trustworthy anymore. While doing scanning of the vegetables at counter, they were charging on full price. Even thought they put the discount label on mrp price. Me and other customer pick the vegetables from the same bucket. Cashier even not listening to us and saying it fresh and it will be on full price. I also asked Deep to tell this is not fresh bucket. He was not saying and was 𤫠silent. If they do not want to give discounts then they should not put the label and should not waste customer time. I will not recommend any more...
