Albert Heijn Riebeeck — Local services in Hilversum

Ridiculous service. They never know where things are when you ask them even for basic supermarket things. Very often long lines even when there are more albert heijn employees in the supermarket than clients! You ask politely if they can put an extra cashier to work (even when the line has 30+ clients waiting and only 1 cashier supporting that huge line) and they often say: “we can’t do anything about it”. Or “it’s not my problem”. Or “I am not a cashier, I can’t help”. Then 10 minutes later a “manager” comes by, asks the same person you had politely asked 10 minutes before and then, magically, that same guy becomes the cashier, no problem whatsoever.
