Worst customer service I ever encountered. The old lady at the counter is certainly the most unsympathetic woman I have ever met and dealt with. Totally unprofessional, probably not enjoying the job she does amd making her customers suffer for it. (A smile is too much asking I guess!) Why do we customer need to suffer her bad mood everytime. Definitely going to make an official complain to primera about the service...

Worst customer service ever! Not only are the lines always long and there are never enough employees to run the store, but they are rude to the customers, wont take gift certificates and cards that specifically list their location to be used, and get very snippy with the customers if you ask a question that isnt a yes or no answer. I will never spend another euro in this store and I suggest you think twice before...

The people work here are so mean and inconsiderate. I tried to pick up a package at exact time of closing still they were not ready to hand it over. I was not even late. I will never again use this place as collection point my packages. Staffs were angry...
