Today was the second time I had to argue, actually argue, with an employee to wear a mask and keep a distance in this shop. This dutch lady just walked out of the kitchen without a mask, and asked a person who was serving my food, what it was, and she brought it up to her face. When I asked a question about a dish the person serving it called the maskless lady, and she just walked into me. I asked her if she was vaccinated given that she's not wearing a mask and also doesn't keep her distance and most disgustingly speaks and breathes onto open trays of food, and she started laughing in my face as if it was so unreasonable to ask her to wear a mask. Her colleague said that she has some autoimmune disease that's why she can't wear a mask for 11 hours a day. I was really shocked. I asked, how does that help me not get infected. She of course had no answer. I'll never step in...
Read moreThis Asian specialiy shop has an excellent cross section of indonesian and other products. I really like to buy their frying bananas which are different from ordinary bananas. The best are the ones where the peel is half black to three quaters black! fry them in oil till the bananas slices show a light brown color on the edges. Delicious! Also bapao breath with chicken or bovine meat is quite good. They have als a bench where you can order prepared indonesian food also very delicious! Why only 4 stars: Their catering business is bit costly...
Read moreGood place to eat some Indonesian food but Rinus's daughter is never change isn't she ? she's still as cranky and arogant as 10 years ago. A shame for Mr.Rinus, he can do much better if he just hired a manager, not her daughter. The daughter never wants to connect with customer, mean awhile business catering like that you must be friendly.
For the little supermarket : every single product much more expensive, about €0,50 per product. I rather buy at Jumbo or Oriental Supermarket...
