Look no further for the most enjoyable and friendly experience. Irwin, Paola, and Gerald bent over backwards to make our trip enjoyable. They were always responsive with WattsApps information to keep us informed current situation. On day one they informed us both of their big boats had engine failure. When shi.. happens, it hits hard. They tried to get us booked with another dive shop, but that fell through. We showed up and they had an inflatable boat loaded with all equipment for 3 divers. Very enjoyable experience. After each dive they had fresh fruit. After the 2nd dive, hand made sandwiches. WOW. Those really hit the spot after 2 dives. They could have easily blown us off at the beginning to be able to work on their boats around the clock and start servicing 16 or more divers, but they didn't. That is how dedicated to customer service they were. If you read the previous reviews you will see one with huge negative comments. Not sure which dive shop he hade but it cannot be Fly N Dive. His comments were 100% opposite of what we had. My son's and I have dived over 100 dives in over 6 dive locations. Bonaire, Turks, Key Largo, Bahamas, etc. Fly N Dive crew made this one of our most enjoyed spots. You will not go bad...
Read moreWe went to Fly N Dive because of all the positive reviews, sadly our experience was NOT good.
The people at the shop were mostly very nice and when we told them that we got our Open Divers license two years ago and havent dove since and needed some refreshment they said it is no problem. Sadly neither did they help with setting up our equipment nor did they refresh anything at all.
When we went into the water my divebuddy had problems with the ears on descending. After three minutes of slowly going down at ones own pace our diveleader already had enough and I had to dive without my buddy. Maybe he thought it was good so he only had to watch seven (!!!) divers in his group which he never actually cared about. He lost sight of them so many times and one of them felt sick because of the strong current and had to get up to the boat by himself.
When we were back at their shop we asked if we could work something out because my buddy paid $124 for a two-dive trip without actually diving. No refund was given, nothing offered to go out on another day or just some percent off for another trip. We actually wanted to do a 6 dive package but the experience was too bad to go out...
Read moreMy first time to Aruba in a long while and I wanted to get in some scuba while in town. PADI pointed out a few locations, and S.E. Aruba Fly ‘N Dive was a PADI dive shop that also offered shuttle services! Reaching out online and I was quickly contacted by Paula. We arranged transportation through email and the morning after my flight, the Fly ‘N Dive van was at my hotel! Each day I was shuttled to and from my hotel without issue.
The shop: a ramp is cut through the mangrove and this leads down to a dock and pontoons. A classroom can give book trainings and several boats are tied up to this dock. The dive boat can take you to a number of southern island destinations. While the dive boat is a touch weathered, it was clean and the staff was amazing - professional, friendly, and courteous. The shop’s Dive Masters were just as fantastic.
The morning session includes two tank dives and it was easy to suggest a dive location. Snacks we’re offered after each dive too.
I would 100% recommend SE Fly ‘N Dive to anyone looking to dive Aruba. And if you’ve been to Bondaire, give Aruba a shot. Lots of fantastic wrecks and...
