This place has really expanded it's selection since I first started coming here. I like the variety of spices and that they come in bags so I can refil my jars at home. Their variety of rice is also nice with many of them being organic and at reasonable prices. Their nuts on the other hand are over priced compared to Cost U Less and Carrefour. Nice variety of flours, some you can't find anywhere else on the island. Used to be the best place for nut milks .. not any more. All their fresh produce is wrapped in plastic and styrofoam which is terrible for the landfill, I don't buy any of that at kams. I wish there was more gluten free items. All of the kams brand is packages in a facility that processes wheat. The 24Mantra brand is the only gluten free & organic products. Place is clean. Great market with lots of indian and middle eastern style food options. Low options on fruit and vegetables. Frozen food section had lots of roti and naan breads and frozen vegetables.
