I took my son shopping for a lemon tree. We were greeted by a guy named Andy who let us browse and was there to assist if we needed him. We took some advice and he helped us pick out some items and was honest and up front about our selections.

What impressed me most was he took some time to chat to my son about how plants grow and what he needed to do to make sure we grow the best lemons.

Not happy with the plants that I got, as they were dying within a year (and they only offer a 6 months warranty, in comparison to other stores that offer warranties up to 1 year). I haven't get a remedy. - 1 star (Nov/2021). The national level manager and an expert nursery person explained to me the possible causes in an informative fashion, so I have upgraded this review to 2...

Thank you for the great service...As I walked past the counter I was pleasantly greeted even though she was helping someone else...I got my tray of plants n a potted plant..she commented lovely colours...I said was a gift...so said she wld put wrapping paper n ribbon on for me...then as I go to walk out other lady said let me help you I will take the tray for you...thank...
