The cherry orchard is well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There are employees who speak Chinese and are very accommodating. No entrance fee is charged, and you pay based on the weight of the cherries you pick at a reasonable rate of $15/kg with no minimum spend. Adequate ladders are available, and it's not overly crowded. The highlight is the children's play area, featuring excavators, sand pits, puzzles – my three-year-old didn't want to leave.
