168 Chinese Takeaways — Local services in Hamilton

My partner had brought some Fish & Chips 1 Sausage & 2 Potato Fritters & a Hawaiian Hamburger " Well I went to have my Hawaiian Hamburger "well I went to take a bite and there was no slice of Ham ,but there was1 circle of Pineapple ,"as that's the reason why they call it Hawaiian "cause of the Pineapple "well like I mentioned earlier there was absolutely 'NO HAM".. the lettuce was so totally wilted due to being added on top of the Beef Pattie . as well as the melted cheese ,obviously they had used the cheese that came from the individual cheese wrap "not like the grated cheese you usually get on other Hamburgers . So my toasted bun was slightly burnt as well .So to cut a long story short "No Ham which is another crucial ingredient ,along with the Pineapple in the making of what is called : A Hawaiian Burger ". So whilst my partner was enjoying his meal of fish, and chip with 1 sausage and 2 potato fritters" as He's not to blame ,as he didn't know that this was going to happen".. So he spent $18:00 on tonight's dinner . So when I had taken a bite of my so called :Hawaiian Burger ". the Cheese & the Meat Pattie tasted so totally Gross along with the slightly burnt bun "top & bottom, so I just threw it away as I couldn't even get to enjoy it...Now my poor partner is quite upset & feeling guilty as I've not had anything to have for dinner .SO thank you for your not so nice Hawaiian Burger " SO maybe you guy's need to stick to just cooking Asian Takeaway's "And I'm not being...

Ordered via Uber eats, took them an hour to make, 10min to deliver so overall waited hour and 10min for chips and a chicken burger 🤦🏽‍♀️

In response to the comment below, I called 168 Takeaways to ask the status of my order and they had said the Uber driver has collected it and is on their way!! But then the Uber messages 40min later to say he has just collected it which tells me that someone is lying.. I can also post the screenshot of the messages from myself and the uber driver.

We have been going to this takeaway for 10 years. Very quick, hot and delicious. My parents come from the UK every year and they always request this takeaway as they love it! We get it fairly regularly too. There are so many fresh veges in the Chinese food and cooked perfectly. The fish and chips menu is great as well. We’ve tried a few other places in Hamilton but this one is our favourite. Bonus is the staff are always so lovely - it can’t be an easy job but I have always been greeted with warmth and a smile...
