We hosted a birthday party for our child at home, and the process of renting the inflatable castle was straightforward and quick.

In terms of facilities: we opted for a smaller castle, but the actual item turned out to be larger and newer than I had imagined, and it was quite clean. The children had a blast playing on it, adding a lot of fun to our birthday celebration. Moreover, they delivered the equipment a day in advance, so we had enough time to set up the venue for the party the next day. Setting up the inflatable castle was also a breeze, and we could easily deflate it by closing the air valve when not in use, which didn't consume much power.

In terms of communication: according to the contract, we were supposed to notify any rescheduling at least two days in advance. However, due to sudden weather changes, I needed to reschedule to the next day with only one day's notice. They actively helped me arrange personnel to accommodate my request. I’ve used these guys before and was happy but after having a filthy bounce castle dropped off for my 5yr olds bday party that didn’t work Im pretty upset. Have tried in numerous diff avenues to contact them and it’s like they are ignoring me. Wen you pay over 400 for something and not get it or have any contact back it’s disappointing. Great company to deal with. They dropped off the Bouncy castle late Friday afternoon, so it was ready for the following day, they then came and picked it up Sunday afternoon, as we were located a little way away so they didn't quite get to us in time however that didn't matter our 3yr old as it meant she had her only personal bouncy castle for the weekend.
