The oat milk flat white tasted fantastic.

There is also ample parking space.

The tea gets a bit bitter after 3-5 minutes so make sure to remove the teabag before it gets too bitter.

The herbs in the scrambled eggs made it taste weird. I'm not sure what herbs they put in it. If you are wanting scrambled eggs, I would recommend to tell the waiter, "No herbs please."

Today, I asked for two eggs bene and when I asked the waiter to repeat the order, he said it so fast that even as a native English speaker, I couldn't really understand. In the end, they only gave one eggs bene at first then I had to ask the waiter for a second one. I would recommend OLEA to train their staff to speak slower. It felt like the waiter was too busy to speak to me and didn't value my time.

However, one time I ordered the poached eggs on toast which tasted great. The furniture looks nice and the seats are very spacious. The toilets are also very high class!

Olea also has a very nice reward system, giving a 10% discount to all members with a card.

Waited for 50 mins and then asked the waiter for following up our order and then he said he had explained that it requires 40min when we placed the order, what the heck? Such a liar! We had never been told any thing about that when the order was placed. We told him he didn't tell us that and no apology at all!! So this is how you treat your customer. Time Wasted! Follow up on Olea's reply @15 May 2023: Don't you see my message? Your staff DID NOT inform us anything about 40mins wait was reuqired for the food at all! This is what makes us bizzard about when your staff said he had told us. Now you even try to make up another excuse of 50mins and no apology at all, what a joke.

We work across the road from Olea and have visited frequently for coffee. However, we’ve found that the coffees are more expensive than nearby alternatives such as Tuck Shop and Hollywood, which are also more convenient. There is a gentleman barista who makes excellent coffee, but unfortunately, he is rarely there. The three ladies who are usually working often come across with poor customer service, which has made the overall experience unpleasant.

Given the consistently negative service and the coffee quality not matching the higher price point, I will no longer be bringing my business to Olea and will also be encouraging my colleagues to do the same. This is disappointing, as we had hoped for a...
