We went there to buy some boxes and had a really bad experience with their customer service. We realized that we made a wrong size of boxes after made an order. We asked to swap to the other ones. But an old lady denied our request as our order was already packed. She told us we should make another payment if we want to swap to another size. We had to take wrong size of boxes as there was no choice. We bought the boxes on the spot but they charged flight fee, too. Does it makes sense? When I asked about this issue she said it is an automatic process. Even the products did not prepare for us when we went to the warehouse to pick them up.
