Update 19/11: I am now only just 2.5 weeks in after having my full set done by this company, I have 2 nails just “fall off”, and my thumbnail snapped. I can normally get 4-5 weeks out of my nails before needing an infill and never had so many breakages after a short time. Really disappointed after a short space of time and no effort from this company to even try remedy this. Never had this happen from any other nail salon!!!!
12/11 - I was excited to go to this salon as I loved the nail art. I went in with my friend and we paid upfront, the staff were talking amongst themselves in their own language (highly rude) like there was an issue but we went in anyway. Staff assured us they could do the exact nail art we asked for - bearing in mind this was their own design showcased in store so you would just assume as a customer they had everything there to do it again. When it came to the nail art they didn’t have the colour, again didn’t think much and picked a similar colour. When it came to putting on diamantés they didn’t have any of the diamantés in stock and still expected us to pick other colours that didn’t even closely match. We said we weren’t happy and they continued to offer replacements that didn’t even go with the style we requested. They also frequently talked in their language throughout the experience - which I read a review that they don’t do this. Since having my nails done the skin around my nails is peeling badly indicating an allergy to their products (first time I’ve ever had this issue with any salon) - it’s likely they are using bad quality products. After all the glowing reviews I am shocked to have had such a bad experience, we do our research thoroughly before trying new places and felt comfortable to go with all the 5 star reviews. We paid for a premium service which it seems they knew ahead of time could not provide and still continued to push other products onto us. I learned my lesson the hard way: I cheated on my nail tech and went to a different salon and I paid for it. I got burnt (literally). My nails were damaged, weak, and so thin it hurt to touch things. One tech almost gave me a full-on ring of fire. I was devastated.
When I came back to Beauty Boutique, my nails were a mess. I hadn’t been in over 2 months and honestly felt embarrassed showing up with my nail beds looking the way they did. But the staff were so kind, patient, and understanding. They didn’t just slap on a new set they actually prioritized my nail health. They didn’t work on the severely damaged parts and made sure everything was gentle and safe. Slowly, they helped my nails heal, and now? They look absolutely STUNNING again.
The quality, the care, the artistry unmatched. The team is generous with their time, and you can tell they genuinely care. The pricing is super reasonable too, especially for the level of talent and professionalism they offer.
I won’t name my tech because she’s my ride-or-die and I’m gatekeeping her (sorry not sorry 😌), but if you’re reading this and considering where to go go here. Don’t mess around like I did. This is the only salon I’ll ever go to...

First occasion they could not provide the nail art I paid for and continued pushing substitutes onto us as a “make do”, this was a $120 service not $50 - I only paid after I was assured they could do what I asked. I told the staff member my nail had split, she assured me it was ok. I had to go back in just over a week later because that same nail had cracked further and causing me pain. They charged me $10 to fix it and while in the salon I noticed 2 other nails had also cracked. I showed the staff member that they had cracked and told her I had not experienced that from any other salon, she looked and offered no remedy to fix the two other nails now cracking. Then tried to blame me for not getting a fresh set - had she recommended I would need a fresh the week and a bit before I would have got that as they are supposedly the experts not me. After this was done she hadn’t even shaped my “repaired” nail the same as the others so it looks very out of place now.
