Poor service, the experience was both frustrating and upsetting due to the unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members.
Firstly, during the ordering process, the staff member did not ask whether we would like to add any toppings or choose a sugar level. These are standard options for bubble tea, and we were not given the opportunity to personalize our order.
What was even more troubling was how we were treated at the counter. As we stood ready to order, the staff member knocked very loudly on the order screen and yelled at us in a rude manner, seemingly to force us to approach the screen. This behavior was completely unnecessary and made us feel disrespected and rushed.
We were then forced to double-check the order to confirm the price, but again, without any clarification or options for toppings or sugar levels. After we paid nearly $60, I noticed that one of the cold drinks was served in a hot tea cup. When I questioned this, the staff member did not answer directly but instead asked me why I hadn’t mentioned it earlier. She also falsely claimed that we had changed the sugar level multiple times, which was not true. Rather than taking responsibility, she deflected and continued to be dismissive and rude.
Overall, this experience left us feeling very dissatisfied and mistreated. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide better training for your staff to ensure respectful, clear, and professional service to...
Read moreI went to Wucha to grab two bubble teas, and silly me, I forgot to ask for no ice. Guess what I got? Two cups packed to the brim with ice. I casually mentioned my mistake, and instead of a shred of understanding, I got hit with a nasty attitude from an older woman who barked, ‘We have standards.’ Oh, excuse me for living! Feeling intimidated by her, I meekly asked for a straw, only to be met with even more hostility: ‘Get it yourself.’ The tone, the expression—truly world-class customer service. If icy tea wasn’t cold enough, her...
Read moreI don’t like the guy that served me today. I called out to him 3 times politely to take my order and he didn’t hear me. He had an AirPod in his left ear. And when he did take my order , I paid in cash, and there was nothing in the till. A company as big as WuCha should manage their tills in case a customer pays in cash no? Service was poor. I get if he was new but I’m sure he’s been there a while now. As someone who has worked in a similar industry, there is no...
