Shopping here this morning witnessed a terrible interaction between a staff member and a customer. Customer wanted to buy a box of Lego which was priced at $15. The shop assistant refused the sale because she considered the price too cheap, saying it must have been priced wrong as that would be worth hundreds of dollars and she could not sell the item for that price. The customer accepted this but was visibly upset as she started crying and left the shop. The staff member followed her out and they resolved it. Really poor treatment from the staff member to refuse a sale on an advertised price due to a personal opinion on value. While it worked out in the end, in future the store needs to honour the advertised prices so customers aren’t disappointed and embarrassed when...

I really love this place for sneaking out to find something unique. I really love the themes and the atmosphere here. If you get lucky, you will find a tea set or trios for cheap bargains. Last week I found my very first tea-set of Royal Albert “harlequin” for only $80.

Their collections are pretty complete from bone china, kitchenware, small furniture, bag, shoes, sport gears, books, old CD/DVD, kids'corners including toys, clothes, shoes, dolls. Also, they have a lot of pretty paintings, chrystal, jewelry, linen, etc.
