The food was nice, but I did not like the customer service. My child dropped one piece of sushi at the selection bar. I got some tissues to pick it up and was announcing this to the lady at the check out while paying for our sushi selection. Before I even said anything, she quickly put in that she saw what happened and has already charged me for that dropped piece. Been here a million times, we're so lucky in Karori to have a local sushi place that's this good! Honestly my favourite in the whole city. Delicious, excellent variety, well priced and fresh.
