Welcome to hell. The owners do not help you out or support new comers. A few of the weekly stall owners are horrible nasty. If you can deal with egotistical, political, tyrannical bullsh*t then by all means come and enjoy this sanctuary of hell upon earth.
Side note: great place for veggies and odd ends and pieces. There are the stall persons are great and awesome people that made the overall experience a bit more enjoyable.

Read moreThought I'd explore the local Sunday markets advertised. The Rangitikei Street one was non existent so thought I'd head 20 mins down the road to Sanson. The Sanson market had a few stalls with nik naks, and 2 fruit and vege stalls that were overpriced and with limited options. I'll stick to the Saturday Albert Street market I think as they have a much wider range of produce and competitive prices. Interesting to explore what else is out...
